Pre-salted, cooked, and stretched pasta filata cheese is dropped into the machine where it is pulled and formed into desired shape by a pair of contoured belts. As the cheese passes thru the machine, heat is extracted from the cheese. Cheese sticks are cut to exact and programmable length/weight as they exit the machine. The cheese “stick” can be essentially ANY shape such as a braid or “fun” shapes such as cartoon characters.
